We start each project with a clean floor. That can me anything from grinding the concrete with diamond grinders to lightly cleaning with a mop. Then we hang plastic and tape any walls that need to be kept clean.
We spray the stain on and let it dry overnight.
Then (depending on the type of stain) we return and clean up any residue.
After the floor is clean and ready for sealer, we let it dry (usually overnight).
We return to the job one last time to apply sealer.
